Oh dear, what am I getting myself into!

Step One: My Wife Buys a Few Action Figures

Last summer, my wife said she wanted a handful of strong female action figures to go on a shelf behind her in her office.

She chose a pretty cool mix:

Step Two: I Strike Out on My Own!

Although I was vaguely aware of the Masters of the Universe Classics line, I did not know of the newer Origins line.

Masters of the Universe was a childhood obsession of mine so I just had to get an old favourite with a modern twist:

Step Three: A Master(verse) Stroke!

I then discover the Masterverse line! Oh boy! This really clicked for me due to the larger scale, loads of articulation and detail.

Skeletor – Skelegod Parts Swapping

A lot of the parts for the Masterverse even Origins figures use the same joints. Perfect for parts swapping.

Masters of the Universe Masterverse Review: Revelation Deluxe Skelegod

Two Skeletors in a row, but they couldn't be more different! I got this Skelegod figure straight after the Barbarian Skeletor figure by luck more than anything. Pleased it worked out that way as they are very interesting to compare because they look so different.
